Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

While waiting for the oven to heat up, prepare a quick tomato sauce. Crush the peeled tomatoes with a fork or roughly chop them, then cook them with garlic, onion powder, and salt while stirring for 5 minutes. This will prevent the sauce from being too watery.

Cut the bacon into smaller pieces and fry them in olive oil until slightly browned.

Unroll the store-bought pizza dough, place it on a baking tray, and cut it in half. Spread one half with three tablespoons of tomato sauce and sprinkle some oregano and grated cheese on top.

Continue by adding the fried bacon, then distribute the sliced mozzarella and basil leaves on top.

Cover the filled dough with the other half of the dough. Seal the edges of the bottom and top dough with a fork, then carefully cut into 12 equal pieces.

Brush the top of the cut 'pizza' with a mixture of egg yolk and cooking cream.

Bake the pizza cubes in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Before serving, cover them with a kitchen towel for 10 minutes.
