Ingredients
-
500 g Dough, puff
-
200 g Cheese, Gouda
-
1 can Tomato, pieces - can
-
1 can Artichoke
-
3 pinch Spices, oregano, dried
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
3 pinch Spices, garlic powder
-
8 slice Ham, pressed
-
2 piece Tomato, red
-
2 spoons Olives, black, in brine
-
1.5 spoons Oil, olive
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and remove the stems, then slice them into rings. Drain the olives well and rinse them under running water if necessary. Also drain the artichoke hearts, and coarsely grate the cheese. Cut the slices of baked prosciutto into narrower strips. In a small bowl, mix oregano, salt, minced garlic, and pepper. Pour the tomato sauce into a multipurpose blender and blend it well. Preheat the oven to 250 °C.
-
Stretch the pizza dough to the edges of a greased baking dish. Evenly spread the blended tomato sauce over the dough, sprinkle the grated cheese, and top the pizza with strips of baked prosciutto, artichoke hearts, and tomato rings. Be sure to leave about one centimeter of the edge empty.
-
Add the olives to the pizza, then season it with the prepared spice mixture. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the pizza for 18-20 minutes. Once the pizza is baked, remove it from the oven, cut it into smaller pieces, serve on plates, and enjoy.

Advice
Instead of gouda cheese, you can use another type of cheese (e.g., mozzarella, edam, etc.).
