500 g Dough, wonton

400 g Tomato, red

300 g Cheese, mozzarella

3 spoons Oil, olive

3 pinch Salt, table

150 g Meat, pork, loaf

8 pieces Olives, black, in brine

Slice the country ham (cooked or baked) into thin pieces and optionally remove excess fat (the white part). Place a pot on the stove, pour in a liter of water, and wait for it to boil. Wash the tomatoes, make a small cut on the top with a very sharp knife, and immerse them in the boiling water for a few minutes. Then remove them with a slotted spoon, drain well, and peel them. Cut them into smaller pieces. Slice the mozzarella.

Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Stretch the pizza dough to the edges of a greased baking dish and drizzle with oil. Evenly distribute the tomato pieces over the dough, leaving about a centimeter of empty edge around the sides. Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt, then evenly layer the ham slices, mozzarella, and black olives. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the pizza for 18 minutes.

Thoroughly wash the basil, dry it, and tear the leaves from the stems. Once the pizza is baked, remove it from the oven and garnish with basil leaves. Cut it into smaller pieces, serve on plates, and enjoy.

Advice
