Steps

Prepare the yeast dough for the pizza using the listed ingredients and let it rise until its volume doubles.

Rinse the parsley under running water, dry it, and finely chop it. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, green parts, and seeds, then dice them into smaller pieces. Pour the crushed tomatoes into a bowl and blend them well with a hand mixer. Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop them separately.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Quickly sauté the onion in the oil. Then add the ground meat and cook until it is well-browned on all sides. Pour in some warm water and add the garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the water evaporates.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish. Stretch the risen dough over the baking dish. Grate the mozzarella. Evenly spread the crushed tomatoes over the dough. Sprinkle oregano and mozzarella on top. Distribute the ground meat over the mozzarella and place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Five minutes before the end of baking, scatter the diced tomatoes over the pizza. Once the pizza is ready, sprinkle it with fresh parsley, cut it into slices, and serve.
