Pizza with Ham and Cheese

500 g Dough, puff

300 g Tomato, red

100 g Ham, pressed

200 g Cheese, mozzarella

100 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

1 spoon Spices, oregano, dried

Steps

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. In a pot, add oil, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer on moderate heat for about ten minutes until the sauce thickens. Slice the mozzarella. Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and slice them thinly.

Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Stretch the risen dough onto a greased baking tray. Once the sauce has cooled, spread it evenly over the dough, leaving a one-centimeter edge. Sprinkle oregano evenly over the pizza and top with slices of mozzarella. Place the ham slices and mushrooms on top. Drizzle with oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately after baking.
