Pizza with Prosciutto and Cheese

500 g Dough, puff

300 g Tomato, red

100 g Meat, pork, smoked ham

200 g Cheese, mozzarella

1 spoon Spices, oregano, dried

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

3 spoons Oil, olive
Steps

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. In a pot, add oil, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer on moderate heat for about ten minutes until thickened. Slice the mozzarella.

Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Stretch the risen dough onto a greased baking tray. Once the sauce has cooled, spread it evenly over the dough, leaving a centimeter of the edge empty. Sprinkle oregano evenly over the pizza and top with slices of mozzarella. Place the prosciutto slices on top. Drizzle with oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately after baking.
