Ingredients
-
250 g Dough, puff
-
3 pieces Tomato, red
-
4 twig Parsley, fresh
-
200 g Cheese, edamame
-
3 pinch Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash and dry the parsley. Pluck the leaves and finely chop them. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and slice them into rounds. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grate the cheese. Prepare a large shallow baking dish and line it with baking paper.
-
Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured work surface into two rectangles. Carefully transfer the rectangles to the baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the cheese over both pastries and arrange the tomato slices on top, lightly seasoning them with pepper and salt. Fold the edges of the pastry if needed. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the pizzas for about 20 minutes, until the cheese melts and slightly browns.
-
Once the pizzas are baked, sprinkle them with parsley and cut them in half. Serve the slices on plates and enjoy.

The baked pizza can be cut into smaller pieces and served as a snack at a party. You can also use a different type of cheese (e.g., mozzarella).
