200 g Cheese, edamame

100 g Dry salami, pork

1.5 dl Tomato, pieces - can

Steps

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Prepare the leavened pizza dough using the listed ingredients and the described method. Grate the Edam cheese finely and slice the salami into thin pieces.

On a lightly floured work surface, roll out or stretch the risen pizza dough into a round shape. Place the dough in a greased baking dish. Evenly spread the tomato puree over the pizza, sprinkle with oregano, grated cheese, and then top with the salami slices. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
