Ingredients
Dill sauce
-
120 g Cheese, creamy
-
3 spoons Sour cream
-
2 teaspoons Carp, soaked
-
pieces Dill, fresh
-
pieces Salt, table
Dough
-
1 piece Water
-
1 spoon Yeast, dry
-
1 teaspoon Sugar, white
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
1 spoon Oil, olive
-
450 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
1 cup Cheese, mozzarella
-
170 g Tomato, red
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 spoon Oil, olive
-
200 g Fish, salmon, smoked
-
1 piece Onion, raw
Steps
-
Prepare the pizza dough using flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt, and olive oil. If time allows, prepare the dough the day before baking, letting it rise slowly in the refrigerator for a light and crispy texture.
-
For the cream sauce, finely chop the dill. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the chopped dill and season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Keep it refrigerated until use.
-
Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it. Wash the cherry tomatoes under running water and halve them (if they are large, you can quarter them). Place them in a bowl, lightly salt them, drizzle with a tablespoon of oil, and mix well.
-
Preheat the oven to 230°C. If the dough was not divided into portions before rising, do so now (the given amount of dough yields 4-6 portions, depending on the size of the pizzas you want to make). On a lightly floured surface, stretch each portion of dough into a round shape with your hands, then place it on a piece of parchment paper. Top the dough with grated mozzarella, tomatoes, salmon, and onion.
-
Transfer the pizzas, along with the parchment paper, onto a baking tray or pizza stone. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are nicely crispy. Serve the prepared pizzas with the dill cream sauce.
