Plate with Prosciutto and Mushrooms

15 slice Meat, beef, dried beef

70 g Arugula

100 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

30 g Cheese, Parmesan, hard

Steps

Separate the slices of prosciutto and arrange them on a larger serving plate. Clean the arugula, wash it, and dry it thoroughly. Arrange it over the prosciutto. Squeeze one lemon and drizzle the juice over the prosciutto and arugula.

Clean the porcini mushrooms, quickly wash them, and dry them with paper towels. Cut them into smaller pieces or slices. Heat a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the porcini mushrooms in the oil for 2 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat and let the mushrooms cool.

Arrange the porcini mushrooms over the arugula and season everything to taste. Grate some cheese over the dish and drizzle it all with olive oil. Cover the plate and place it in the refrigerator for one hour to allow the flavors to blend well. Serve the prepared dish with good bread.
