Steps

First, thoroughly wash the plums, halve them, and remove the pits. Place them in a separate bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon, and mix well. Prepare a heatproof baking dish and grease it well. Transfer the plums to the baking dish, spread them evenly, and smooth them out. Cut the butter into smaller cubes.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. In a bowl, mix the flour, almonds, and honey. Add the butter cubes and crumble the mixture with your hands until it forms a grainy texture. Sprinkle the mixture over the plums and bake the dish in the oven for about 45 minutes.

Once the crumble is ready, cut it into smaller pieces and serve on plates. Offer the dessert to your guests.
