Plum Slices with Crumble
A dessert that is a sort of crossbreed between a pie and a crumble. The preparation is extremely simple, and the slices are healthier because we used gluten-free oat flour instead of wheat flour.

150 g Butter, unsalted

1 kg Plum

3 spoons Sugar, white

2 spoons Koruzni škrob

Steps

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish, size 35 x 25 cm, with butter.

Melt 150 g of butter and let it cool slightly. In a bowl, mix oat flour and flakes, ground almonds or walnuts, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Pour in the melted butter and mix.

Halve the plums, remove the pits, and cut each half into four pieces. Mix them with sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and grated lemon zest and juice.

First, spread half of the dry mixture into the baking dish, then add a layer of plums, and sprinkle the remaining dry mixture on top.

Bake the pastry for 35 minutes. Once cooled, cut it into slices of any size. Serve with a scoop of ice cream if desired.

Advice
Instead of gluten-free oat flour, you can use white wheat flour or spelt flour.
