Ingredients

4 pieces Peach, fresh

50 g Butter, unsalted

150 g Sugar, brown

3 spoons Alcohol, Liqueur, Crème de Menthe

50 ml Alcohol, Rum

2 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

1 handful Nuts, almonds

2 spoons Raisins
Steps

Wash the peaches and halve them (peel them if desired). Remove the pits.

Place a deep pan on the stove and add butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Cook over medium heat until the butter and sugar have melted.

Pour peach liqueur into the pan and add the peach halves. Let the peaches simmer slowly over medium heat.

Once the peaches have softened slightly, pour rum into the pan. Wait for it to heat up, then ignite it with a lighter or match.

Once the flame has extinguished, remove the pan from the heat and arrange the peach halves on dessert plates. Sprinkle them with almonds, raisins, and cinnamon powder. Drizzle everything with the sauce from the pan and serve the dessert immediately.
