150 g Meat, pork, loaf

Steps

Prepare the polenta according to the recipe. Pour the polenta onto a baking sheet and spread it evenly. Let it cool completely, then cut it into cubes of your desired size.

Wrap each cube individually with a slice of prosciutto. In a small pot, melt and heat the butter. Then add half of the grated cheese to the pot. Stir over low heat until the cheese is completely melted.

Spread the sauce on a serving plate and place the wrapped polenta cubes on top. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and serve.
