600 g Fish, white fish

4 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

4 twig Cherry, fresh

3 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Rinse the fish fillets under running water and dry them with paper towels. Season them with pepper and salt to taste. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Rinse four sprigs of watercress.

Place a Teflon pan on the stove and heat the oil. Place the fillets in the heated pan and cook each side for about 5 minutes. Serve the prepared fillets on plates, garnish with sprigs of watercress, and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve with an appropriate side dish.
