150 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

2 piece Egg, fresh

250 ml Milk, whole milk

0.5 spoons Sugar, white

1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola

4 spoon Spices, poppy

3 pieces Banana, fresh

160 g Cheese, cottage cheese

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

1.5 spoons Honey

1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds, then place them in a separate bowl. Add the mascarpone and honey, then mash everything together with a fork into a thick puree. Wash the lemon and dry it thoroughly. Use a paring knife to create strips from the lemon peel. Prepare the pancake batter and mix in the poppy seeds. Let the prepared batter rest for 30 minutes.

Heat a pan and add a little oil, spreading it evenly across the pan. Once the oil is hot, pour in the first ladle of batter. Spread the batter evenly across the pan so there are no holes and the layer is as uniform as possible.

Cook the pancake on one side – you can use a wooden spatula to lift the pancake and check if it’s properly cooked. Then flip the pancake and cook the other side. Place the cooked pancakes on a warmed plate. Repeat the process until you have enough pancakes or the batter is used up.

Place a spoonful of the prepared mascarpone mixture in the center of each pancake and fold the pancake into a pouch shape. Wrap the pouches with strips of lemon peel and serve on plates. Decorate the prepared dessert with additional poppy seeds if desired, then serve to your guests.
