Pork and Pepper Skewers
Skewers can be grilled or cooked in a pan. For a complete Mediterranean meal, serve with tzatziki, a cold cucumber sauce or salad, and pita bread. If you cant imagine the meal without potatoes, you can choose between roasted potatoes or potato salad.

Ingredients

600 g Meat, pork, neck

pieces Lemon, fresh, without shell

2 spoons Oil, olive

pieces Salt, table

0.5 teaspoons Spices, paprika

1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

1 piece Bell pepper, yellow, fresh
Steps

First, prepare the marinade by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest, smoked paprika, salt, and freshly ground pepper in a small bowl.

Cut the meat into approximately 3 cm pieces, place them in a bowl, and pour the prepared marinade over them. Mix well to ensure all pieces are seasoned. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (you can also extend the marinating time).

Take the marinated meat out of the refrigerator. Wash the pepper, clean it, and cut it into pieces roughly the same size as the meat. Alternately thread the meat and pepper onto metal or wooden skewers.

Heat the grill or a grill pan and cook the skewers for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn them during cooking to ensure they brown nicely on all sides. Serve with your chosen side dish.
