Pork and Shrimp Meatballs

Ingredients

Steps

Clean the spring onions thoroughly, wash them, and finely chop them together with the parsley. Rinse the cilantro under running water, shake it well, and chop it finely. Remove the seeds from the chili, then chop it finely. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into quarters. Clean the shrimp tails if necessary, wash them, and dry them well with paper towels.

In a food processor, coarsely mix the garlic and shrimp tails. Transfer the mixture to a larger bowl. Add the ground meat, soy sauce, chopped spring onion, cilantro, and chili. Season with salt and pepper to taste and knead everything well with your hands so that all the ingredients are well mixed. Shape the prepared mixture into approximately 8 round meatballs.

Preheat the grill well. Place the prepared meatballs on the heated grill and cook them for about 4 minutes, then turn them over and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes on the other side until they are nicely browned.
