Greetings from the kitchen, with which Evita Antončič impressed the judges in the finale of the 8th season of the cooking competition Slovenia. For the prepared dish, she earned two extra points in the final evaluation.

Ingredients
Corn mush

100 g Koruzna moka, whole grain, yellow

2 piece Apple, fresh

1 piece Green, raw

1 handful Coriander, leaves, fresh

Steps

In a pot, sauté the onion in oil and then add all the other ingredients for the pork belly. Once the contents of the pot start to boil, reduce the heat and cook for about 30 minutes.

Mix the ingredients for the 'corn polenta' together. Heat a pan until it becomes very hot. Pour the corn mixture onto the pan and bake until it becomes crispy.

Chop and mix the ingredients for the salad together.

On a plate, first place the crispy baked 'corn polenta'. Add a bit of salad on top and place a piece of pork belly on it. Serve the prepared dish.
