Thoroughly wash the meat and dry it with paper towels. In a larger bowl, add oil and half a teaspoon of pepper. Mix the marinade well and immerse the pork chops in it, then place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Take the chops out of the refrigerator. Place a skillet on the stove and heat it well. Place the chops from the marinade onto the hot skillet. Cook them for 6 minutes on each side, then transfer them to a plate and sprinkle with the remaining pepper. Season with salt if desired and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
