Pork Chops in Paprika Sauce

4 dl Soup base, beef, cube

180 g Sour cream

Steps

Season the chops with salt and pepper. Wash and clean the paprika. Finely chop the onion, slice the paprika into thin strips, and thinly slice the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large pan and sear the pork chops. Cook them for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until nicely browned, then transfer them to a plate.

Add the chopped vegetables to the pan, reduce the heat, and sauté while stirring for 10 minutes.

Stir in the tomato paste, then pour in the broth and add the paprika powder. Mix well, return the chops to the pan, and cook everything together for another 5 minutes.

Move the chops to the side or stack them. Stir the sour cream and chopped parsley into the sauce. Simmer everything for a little longer, then serve the dish on plates with your chosen side.
