Pork Chops with Apricots
When we get tired of the usual flavor of pork, we can spice it up with the exotic addition of spicy apricots.

Ingredients

350 g Meat, pork, ribs

150 g Apricot, dry

50 g Butter, unsalted

0.5 teaspoons Spices, chili powder

2 teaspoons Sugar, brown

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower
Steps

Rinse the pork chops and dry them with a paper towel. Heat a pan and pour in oil, spreading it evenly across the pan. Place the pork chops on the heated oil. Use a brush to spread some oil over the chops.

Sprinkle dried apricots around the pork chops, place pieces of butter on top, and sprinkle with chili and sugar. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook everything for 7 minutes, then flip the chops, cover the pan again, and cook for another 7 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat, transfer the pork chops to a serving plate, and arrange the apricots around them. Pour the sauce from the pan over everything and serve with an appropriate side dish.
