Ingredients
-
4 pieces Meat, pork, ribs
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
3 spoons Vinegar, balsamic
-
1 teaspoon Mustard
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Peel the garlic, wash it, crush it with a knife, and finely chop it. In a large bowl, mix together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and mustard. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Place it in the marinade and turn it several times so that it marinates evenly on both sides. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
-
Heat the grill pan well. Take the chops out of the marinade and remove any pieces of garlic that may be sticking to the meat. Place them on the pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
-
Then transfer the meat to plates, season with salt and pepper. Serve with vegetables or potatoes as a side dish.

Advice
Instead of preparing the meat in a grill pan, you can also prepare it on a real grill.
