500 g Beans, grains, cooked

1 piece Onion, raw

2 spoons Vinegar, red wine

Steps

Drain the beans from the can, rinse them under running water, and drain well. Peel the onion and cut it in half. Slice both halves thinly. Rinse the parsley under running water, shake it dry, and chop it finely.

Place the drained beans in a large bowl and season them to taste with salt, oil, and vinegar. Add the sliced onion and chopped parsley, then mix the salad well.

Rinse the pork chops, pat them dry with paper towels, and season both sides with pepper and salt. Make small cuts along the edges to prevent them from curling during cooking.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoned chops until golden brown on both sides.

Serve the cooked chops on plates with the bean salad on the side. Serve the prepared dish immediately.
