4 pieces Meat, pork, curry without bones

4 spoon Soy sauce, tamari

2 spoons Oil, olive

4 twig Parsley, fresh

Thoroughly wash the meat and dry it with kitchen towels. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from one half, then slice the other half into three wedges. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, lime juice, and light soy sauce.

Submerge the meat in the prepared mixture for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, thoroughly wash and dry the parsley sprigs and set them aside for garnish.

Light the grill and let it heat up well, then oil the grate. Grill the pork chops for 5 to 10 minutes on each side. Then, serve them on plates, garnish with parsley, and offer the lime wedges on the side.
