Ingredients
-
4 pieces Meat, pork, ribs
-
0.25 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 dl Alcohol, Wine, White
-
0.5 dl Soup base, chicken, cube
-
2 spoons Mustard
-
1 spoon Honey
-
0.5 dl Sweet cream
Steps
-
Rinse the chops and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. Rub the meat on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat it well. Pour oil into the heated pan and place the pork chops in it. Cook the chops over medium-high heat on both sides until they are nicely browned (approximately 4 minutes per side). Remove them to a plate and pour white wine into the pan. Reduce the heat and stir the liquid in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
-
Add the broth to the pan along with mustard and honey. Mix everything well. Cook over moderate heat for 2 minutes. Pour in the sweet cream and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Return the chops and any liquid that has collected on the plate to the pan. Increase the heat and cook the chops for another good minute. Then serve them on plates, pour the sauce over them, and serve with a side dish.
