Ingredients
-
4 pieces Meat, pork, ribs
-
4 pieces Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
0.25 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
0.5 dl Water
marinada
-
1 spoon Mustard
-
2 spoons Spices, mustard seeds, ground
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 teaspoon Spices, pepper, black
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
Steps
-
Thoroughly rinse the pork chops under running water and then dry them with a paper towel. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the marinade, except for the pepper. Rub the chops with pepper on both sides, then coat them with the marinade. Place them on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
-
Wash and clean the paprika. Remove the seeds and cut them into short strips. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, pluck the leaves, and finely chop them.
-
Take the chops out of the refrigerator. Place a pan on the stove and heat it well. Pour olive oil into the heated pan and fry the marinated pork chops on both sides. Cook each side for 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer the cooked chops to a plate and cover them to keep them warm.
-
Add the sliced paprika to the pan and cook it over moderate heat for 3 minutes. Then pour in 0.5 dl of water and add half of the chopped parsley. Mix the paprika well and cook until all the water evaporates. Return the chops to the pan, cook for another minute, and then serve on plates. Top the chops with the paprika and sprinkle with the remaining parsley.
