Pork Chops with Pineapple and Cheese

Ingredients

4 pieces Meat, pork, lungs

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

2 spoons Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

2 spoons Oil, olive

4 pieces Pineapple, compote

4 slice Cheese, Gouda

4 teaspoon Marmalade, orange
Steps

Drain the pineapple slices very well. Reserve the drained juice. Thoroughly wash the pork chops and dry them with kitchen paper. Spread the flour on a shallow plate. Season the chops with salt and pepper on both sides and coat them in flour. Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Place the chops in the hot oil and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.

Place a slice of pineapple and a slice of cheese on each chop. Pour in the reserved pineapple juice, cover the pan, and simmer the chops on low heat until the cheese melts. Finally, garnish the chops with a spoonful of cranberry jam and serve on plates.

Advice
Instead of cranberry jam, you can use glazed cherries. The pineapple slices can be rolled in 50 g of coarsely chopped walnuts, which are toasted in a separate pan with about 2 tablespoons of oil.
