Pork Chops with Potatoes

Ingredients
Boiled potatoes

1 kg Potatoes, white

1 teaspoon Salt, table

60 g Butter, unsalted

2 twigs Dill, fresh

4 pieces Meat, pork, ribs

0.25 teaspoons Salt, table

400 g Carrot, fresh

Steps

Place a large pot on the stove to prepare boiled potatoes. Wash the pork chops and pat them dry. Then season them on both sides.

Place a larger pan on the stove and melt the butter. Roast the pork chops in the butter; cook them for 5 minutes on each side. Season the cooked pork chops with salt, remove them from the pan, and set them aside to keep warm.

Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut them into thin sticks. Clean the zucchini, wash them, and slice them thinly. Add the vegetables to the pan, pour in a little water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, simmer the vegetables for 5 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the vegetable sauce on the plates, add the pork chops, garnish with a sprig of thyme, and serve with boiled potatoes.
