Pork Chops with Young Potatoes from the Oven
A very simple dish to prepare, suitable for any day of the week. Since you wont have much work with just the preparation and cooking, youll have more than enough time to do something else in between and prepare a large bowl of salad on the side, which will pleasantly refresh the meal.

Ingredients

500 g Meat, pork, pork fish

600 g Potatoes, white

pieces Oil, olive

pieces Salt, table

pieces Spices, paprika

3 pods Garlic, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

0.25 piece Soup base, beef, cube

1 dl Water

1 teaspoon Mustard

pieces Parsley, fresh
Steps

Wash the chops and dry them well with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with ground paprika. Rub the spices well into the meat.

Wash the potatoes, dry them, and cut them into pieces. Lightly season with salt, pepper, and oil. Peel the garlic and onion. Cut the onion into quarters.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish with olive oil, then place the seasoned chops in it and drizzle a little oil on top so they are well oiled on both sides. Add the potatoes and place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Dissolve a bouillon cube in hot water. Add mustard and mix everything together smoothly.

After half an hour of baking, remove the baking dish from the oven and turn the chops. Add the garlic and onion, then pour the mixture of bouillon base and mustard over everything. Bake for another 15 minutes.

Serve the baked chops and potatoes on plates. Sprinkle the prepared dish with a little chopped parsley if desired.
