Pork Cutlets with Cheese

Ingredients

4 pieces Meat, pork, thigh

3 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

140 g Cheese, Gouda

3 pieces Tomato, red

1 spoon Oil, olive

Rinse the cutlets under running water, pat them dry with a paper towel, and lightly pound them on both sides. Season them with pepper and salt. Cut the cheese into 4 larger slices. Wash the tomatoes, clean them, and slice them into thin rings.

Heat a pan and add a tablespoon of oil. Spread the oil evenly across the bottom of the pan by tilting it, then place the cutlets in the pan. Cook the cutlets on high heat for 1 minute, then reduce the heat and flip them. Top each cutlet with three slices of tomato and one slice of cheese. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the cutlets on moderate heat for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove the cooked cutlets from the pan and arrange them on plates. Place a few more slices of tomato on top of each cutlet and serve with your chosen side dish.
