Pork Goulash with Cream and Paprika

Steps

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and coat them in a mixture of flour, ground paprika, salt, and pepper.

Clean and wash the paprika and mushrooms. If necessary, quickly rinse the mushrooms under running water and dry them. Cut the paprika into slightly larger cubes and slice the mushrooms. Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop them separately.

Heat oil in a large pan and fry the meat cubes until golden brown. Transfer the fried meat to a plate.

Add a little more oil to the pan and sauté the onion, mushrooms, and paprika for five minutes.

Finally, add the garlic. When it becomes fragrant, return the meat to the pan and pour in the broth or water. Simmer over moderate heat for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the meat cubes.

At the end, stir in the cooking cream, heat until boiling, and remove from heat.

Serve the prepared dish with chopped parsley and your chosen side.
