2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower
-
3 pieces Bacon
-
250 g Dough, puff
-
1 spoon Mustard
-
1 piece Egg, egg yolk, fresh
-

Cut the pork loins in half to get 12 pieces. Heat oil in a pan and roast the pork loins. While they are roasting, turn them so they brown nicely on all sides.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 0.5 cm thickness and cut into 12 equal-sized isosceles triangles. Spread mustard on the tip of each triangle. Place a pork loin on the wider side and wrap it in the pastry.
-
Arrange the rolls with pork loins on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Prick the rolls in several places with a fork. Beat the egg yolk with a pinch of salt in a bowl and brush the rolls with it. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until the rolls puff up and turn golden brown.
-
Transfer the baked rolls to a serving plate and serve.

Instead of pork loin, you can use sausages. The baking tray does not need to be greased because the puff pastry contains enough fat. Instead of store-bought pastry, you can use homemade puff pastry.
