Ingredients
Dough
-
500 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
3 dl Water
-
1 piece Yeast, dry
-
1 teaspoon Sugar, white
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
1 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
-
pieces Meat, pork, pork fish
-
150 g Cheese, edamame
-
100 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
pieces Corn, yellow, in brine
-
pieces Salt, table
-
pieces Oil, olive
Steps
-
Sift the flour and crumble the yeast into it. Add lukewarm water and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.
-
Add salt and oil and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rise for about half an hour or until it doubles in size. Meanwhile, prepare the meat and filling.
-
Cut the pancetta into thin slices and fry until crispy in a pan. Place the fried slices on kitchen paper to drain excess fat.
-
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with sweet paprika.
-
Quickly sear them in the fat left in the pan from frying the pancetta until golden. Transfer to a plate to let the juices settle.
-
Divide the risen dough into five balls. Roll each into a rectangle. Place the seared pork in the center, top with grated hard cheese, crumbled crispy pancetta, and add corn.
-
Fold like an envelope to prevent the filling from escaping during baking. You can seal the edges with water.
-
Prick the prepared packets with a fork and brush with olive oil.
-
Bake the wrapped meat first at 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 25 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown.
