100 g Onion, raw

60 g Carrot, fresh

5 slice Lemon, fresh, without shell

0.5 dl Oil, plant, sunflower

1 spoon Spices, pepper, black

3 pods Garlic, fresh

1 spoon Spices, mayonnaise, dried

2 twigs Rosemary, fresh

3 twigs Parsley, fresh

1 spoon Sour cream
Steps

Rub the pork loin with salt, pepper, rosemary, and lemon. Place sliced garlic, rosemary sprigs, and chopped parsley on the meat, then wrap it in pork netting. Place it in a roasting pan.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the onion and cut it into quarters. Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes, then add them to the roasting pan along with the onion. Heat oil in a small pot and pour it over the meat, then add a deciliter of lukewarm water.

Place the roasting pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Baste the roast several times with the juices from the pan during baking.

Remove the roast and vegetables from the pan and place them on a warm plate. Strain the liquid through a sieve into a bowl and add a tablespoon of sour cream, mixing well.

Cut the pork roast into 5 cm wide slices and serve on a plate with the vegetables and roasted potatoes.
