Ingredients

800 g Meat, pork, pork fish

2 teaspoons Spices, rosemary, dried

1 spoon Honey

0.5 dl Oil, plant, sunflower

1 teaspoon Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Wash the meat and cut it into 8 equally sized medallions. In a bowl, mix together rosemary, honey, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a uniform mixture, then place the meat in it and marinate for at least 1 hour. Turn it over a few times during marination.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the marinated meat in a small baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over it. Put the dish in the oven and bake the meat for 40 minutes. Baste it several times with the juices from the dish during baking.

Remove the baked pork medallions from the oven and serve two per plate. You can pour the sauce from the baking dish over the meat or serve it in a small bowl as a side. Serve the pork medallions with red cabbage and boiled potatoes.
