750 g Meat, pork, ribs

2 spoons Tomato, concentrate

1 spoon Koruzni škrob

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

2.5 spoons Syrup, maple

2 pod Garlic, fresh

0.25 teaspoons Spices, chili powder

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Rinse the ribs under running water and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both halves.

In a bowl, mix the tomato paste and starch to form a thick mixture. Add the lemon juice, maple syrup, garlic, chili, salt, and pepper.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place a rack on top. Generously coat the ribs with the prepared marinade on both sides and arrange them on the rack. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake the ribs for 45 minutes. During baking, baste them several times with the marinade and turn them to ensure even browning.
