Ingredients
-
1 kg Meat, pork, ribs
-
1.5 dl Juice, lemon
-
2 spoons Mustard
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 twig Rosemary, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Thyme, fresh
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Wash the ribs, dry them, and cut them into individual ribs. Rub them well with salt and pepper.
-
Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and finely chop it. Strip the rosemary sprig. Finely chop the leaves and add them to a large bowl along with the garlic. Add olive oil, mustard, thyme, and lemon juice. Mix the ingredients well with a spoon. Place the ribs in the prepared marinade and mix them thoroughly with your hands so the marinade coats the meat on all sides. Let the ribs marinate for at least one hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Arrange the ribs in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. First, bake the ribs for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, then reduce the temperature to 180 °C and bake for another 10 minutes. Turn the ribs as needed during baking to ensure they are evenly cooked on all sides.
