Ingredients
-
1 kg Meat, pork, ribs
-
1.5 dl Soy sauce, shoyu
-
0.5 dl Alcohol, Whisky
-
1 spoon Juice, orange
-
3 spoons Marmalade, orange
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Steps
-
Wash the ribs and cut them into individual ribs. Rub them well with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, place soy sauce, marmalade, whiskey, and orange juice. Mix the marinade well and place the ribs in it. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands so that the marinade coats the meat from all sides. Let the ribs marinate for at least 1 hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake them in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 °C and bake for another 10 minutes. During baking, you can baste them several times with the marinade.
-
Remove the baked ribs from the oven and serve on plates. Pour the sauce from the baking tray over them and serve with a side dish of your choice.
