Ingredients
-
450 g Meat, pork, curry without bones
-
2 spoons Peanut butter, smooth
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
1 pod Garlic, fresh
-
2 spoons Juice, lemon
-
2 spoons Soy sauce, shoyu
-
1 spoon Sugar, brown
-
2 pinch Chili peppers, red chili, dried

1 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
Steps
-
Wash the meat, dry it with paper towels, and cut it into 1 cm cubes. Peel the onion and garlic, wash them, and finely chop. Mix all the ingredients, except the meat, in a bowl until you get a homogeneous liquid mixture. Dip the meat into the mixture and mix everything well. Then cover the bowl with the meat and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
-
The next day, take the bowl with the meat out of the refrigerator and let it sit for about 20 minutes to bring the meat to room temperature. Meanwhile, heat and lightly oil the grill.
-
Thread the marinated pork cubes onto wooden skewers. Grill the prepared skewers on the well-heated grill for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn them several times during grilling. Serve the hot skewers with your chosen side dishes.
