Ingredients
-
4 pieces Frankfurter
-
1 teaspoon Oil, olive
-
800 g Potatoes, white
-
pieces Oil, plant, sunflower
-
0.75 teaspoons Salt, table
Steps
-
Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into thin sticks and dry them well with paper towels. Place the sausages in a pot, cover with a liter of water, and place on the stove. Cook them over moderate heat for 4 minutes, then remove from the water and dry well.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil well. Be careful not to overheat the oil (it should not smoke!). Carefully place the potatoes into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan, as the potatoes will not fry as well. Remove the fried potatoes with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
-
Place a grill pan on the stove and heat one tablespoon of oil. Grill the sausages on the hot oil. Season the potatoes with salt to taste.
-
Arrange the sausages on a plate and serve with the fries. Serve the prepared dish.

Advice
If you want an even tastier potato, you can sprinkle it with various spices. Instead of pork sausages, you can also use other types of sausages (veal, chicken). Fry in a large amount of fat. The food should float in it. For frying, use fats that do not contain water, such as coconut fat or good oil. The frying fat is hot enough when small bubbles form around a wooden spoon.
