Pork Skewers with Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
Marinade

Steps

Carefully clean the spring onions, wash them, and roughly chop them. Peel the garlic and crush it with a knife. Wash the chilies, clean them (remove the stems and seeds), and roughly chop them. Add all the marinade ingredients to an electric blender and blend into a smooth mixture.

Wash the pork, dry it, and cut it into 2.5 cm pieces. Place them in a large bowl and pour the prepared marinade over them. Mix the ingredients in the bowl with clean hands so that all the pieces of meat are evenly seasoned. Let the meat marinate for some time.

While the meat is marinating, prepare the salad. First, cut off the core and leaves of the pineapple. Then place it on the cut end of the core and hold it firmly. Use a long knife to cut the scaly skin from top to bottom in strips. Peel the fruit as thickly as possible to remove all the "eyes". Peeled pineapple cut into 2 cm thick rings. Remove the hard center with a ring cutter and cut the rings into triangles, which you place in a large bowl. Wash and clean the chili. Finely chop it and add it to the bowl with the pineapple. Pour in the lime juice and mix everything well. Store the salad in the refrigerator until use.

Place a large pan on the stove and heat it well. Thread the marinated pieces of meat onto wooden skewers. Place a few skewers on the hot pan and cook them, turning them until they are nicely golden brown on all sides (cook them for 5 to 6 minutes). Remove the cooked skewers from the pan and keep them on a warm plate. Repeat the process until all the skewers are cooked.

First, place some cooled pineapple salad on the plates. Add the cooked skewers and serve the dish with your chosen side.

Advice
