Ingredients
-
2.5 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
400 g Meat, pork, pork fish
-
pieces Salt, table
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
250 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh
-
200 ml Soup base, chicken, cube
-
100 ml Sour cream
Steps
-
Rinse the pork fillets under running water and dry them well with paper towels. Cut them into approximately 0.5 cm wide strips, season with pepper and salt. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them. Peel the onion and finely chop it.
-
Heat oil in a large pan and fry the seasoned pork strips. Set the fried meat aside on a warm plate, and add the onion to the pan. Cook the onion until translucent, stirring occasionally. Add the sliced mushrooms and quickly fry them together with the onion.
-
Return the fried meat to the pan. Pour in the broth and use a wooden spoon to scrape the bottom of the pan to release all the caramelized bits that formed during frying. Bring the meat in the sauce to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and let the dish simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.
-
Mix the sour cream until smooth and add it to the pan. Stir well to evenly distribute it in the sauce. Bring the dish to a boil once more, then remove the pan from the heat. Serve the prepared dish with your chosen side.
