Ingredients
-
600 g Meat, pork, pork fish
-
1 spoon Ginger, fresh
-
3 spoons Honey
-
1 spoon Juice, lemon
-
1 spoon Soy sauce, shoyu
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
1 pinch Spices, garlic powder
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 twig Rosemary, fresh
Steps
-
Clean the meat as needed (trim the fat and sinews), rinse under running water, and dry thoroughly with paper towels. In a bowl, add honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix everything together with a hand whisk until smooth. Rinse the rosemary sprig and cut it into smaller pieces. Insert the rosemary pieces into the meat at several places.
-
Place a larger pan on the stove and heat the oil. Place the meat on the heated oil and cook it for a good 15 to 20 minutes over moderate heat. Turn it several times during cooking to ensure it browns evenly on all sides. Each time you turn the meat, baste it well with the prepared marinade.
-
Then remove the meat to a plate and let it rest for at least 2 minutes. Meanwhile, add the remaining marinade to the pan and heat it over moderate temperature for 2 minutes, just until it simmers slightly.
-
Remove the sauce from the heat. Slice the meat into 1 to 1.5 cm thick pieces, pour the warm sauce over them, and serve immediately.
