Ingredients
-
400 g Meat, pork, thigh
-
150 g Broccoli, fresh
-
100 g Cauliflower, fresh
-
150 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh
-
3 pieces Leek
-
1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh
-
1 spoon Sesame seeds, dried
-
3 spoons Oil, peanut
-
3 spoons Alcohol, Wine, White
-
3 spoons Oyster sauce
-
2 spoons Vinegar, balsamic
-
1 teaspoon Powdered sugar
-
1 teaspoon Honey
-
0.5 teaspoons Oil, sesame
Steps
-
Wash the meat, dry it, and cut it into thin strips. Clean the broccoli and cauliflower, wash them, and separate them into florets. Clean the mushrooms, wash them, and cut them in half. Clean the leek, wash it, and slice it into thin rings. Wash the chili, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and chop it.
-
In a dry wok, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat. Stir occasionally. When the sesame seeds turn golden brown and some seeds start to pop, transfer them to a plate.
-
Increase the heat and place the wok back on the stove. Add half of the oil. When it heats up, add half of the pork and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Remove the meat with a slotted spoon and keep it warm. Heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the rest of the pork in the same way, then add the previously cooked meat back to the wok.
-
Add the broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and leek to the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Pour in the wine, oyster sauce, vinegar, add sugar and honey, and cook for another minute. Remove from heat, mix in the toasted sesame seeds, sesame oil, and chili. Divide the dish onto plates and serve.
