600 g Meat, beef, T-bone steak

60 ml Oil, olive

Wash the meat thoroughly, dry it, and rub it with pepper on both sides. Place the meat in a bowl and pour olive oil over it.

Heat the pan well. Place the meat in the heated pan and cook it for 8 minutes on each side. Then lower the temperature and cook the meat slowly for another 15 minutes. If you want the steak to be medium or well done, let it cook for a few more minutes.

Remove the steak from the pan, wrap it in aluminum foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then serve it on a plate, season with salt, and accompany it with vegetables or any side dish of your choice.
