Ingredients

1 spoon Tomato, concentrate

500 g Potatoes, white

3 pieces Spices, bay (leaves)

Steps

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces, then rinse them under running water. Peel the onion and garlic, and chop them separately. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and dice it.

Heat oil in a pot, first sauté the onion, then add the garlic. Once the onion becomes translucent, add the ground paprika, stir, then add the tomato paste and cook everything together for 2 minutes.

Add the potatoes, bell pepper, and bay leaves to the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Pour in enough boiling water to cover the potatoes. Cover the pot and cook the goulash until the potatoes are tender.

Serve the prepared goulash in deep bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with bread.
