Ingredients
-
4 twig Thyme, fresh
-
4 twig Spices, mayonnaise, dried
-
350 ml Milk, whole milk
-
125 g Potatoes, white
-
200 g Cheese, edamame
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
3 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
3 spoons Sour cream
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the herbs, shake them off, and chop them. Save a sprig or two for garnish. Place a small pot on the stove and bring the milk to a boil. Add instant mashed potatoes and stir to prevent boiling. Then reduce the heat and add cheese, herbs, eggs, salt, and pepper.
-
Mix well and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes, then remove the pot from the heat. Place a pan on the stove and heat it up, then add oil. Using a ladle, form small pancakes from the prepared mixture and cook them on each side for about 4 minutes until they are lightly browned.
-
Once cooked, place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve the pancakes on a plate, offer sour cream on the side, and present the prepared dish to your guests.
