Ingredients
-
700 g Potatoes, white
-
1.5 spoons Juice, lemon
-
4 spoon Mayonnaise
-
2 teaspoons Mustard
-
60 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
-
0.25 teaspoons Salt, table

Steps

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into approximately 1 cm cubes. Place the potato cubes in a large pot and add enough cold water to cover them. Salt the water and bring it to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer the potatoes over medium heat for 10 minutes or until they are tender (check with a thin knife).

While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the salad dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, thyme, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan.
-
Drain the cooked potatoes well and transfer them to a large salad bowl. Pour the prepared dressing over them, gently mix everything together, and serve the salad warm.

Advice
Instead of dried thyme, you can use fresh thyme or another herb (parsley, oregano, dill, etc.).
