1 kg Potatoes, white

300 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water and scrub them if necessary. Cut the bacon into thin slices. Wrap each potato with a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and arrange the potatoes on it. Season to taste, lightly salt, and drizzle with oil. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake the potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes.

Once the potatoes are baked, serve them on plates and offer them alongside a large bowl of salad.
